• Kelly Casselman Grocoff, LMSW

    FOUNDER, THERAPIST

I believe that my role is to provide a calm, steady environment for you to explore your concerns and clear the path for self-renewal. I specialize in treating anxiety and depression, including postpartum, life transition and relationship concerns. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling to get out of old patterns, find new ways to communicate and develop insight and understanding in a compassionate, curious, and collaborative space.I believe that therapy is both art and science. Good therapy merges warmth, compassion, advocacy and humor with the latest research in psychology and neuroscience. It is important that our work feels safe, confidential and hopeful. You can express all thoughts and feelings in order to identify your inherent strengths, heal past and present hurts and generate change from within. In therapy we work towards practical solutions while maintaining a focus on your unique and personal journey. I work at your pace. I keep the focus on you to help you create a tool kit to sustain the change we create together in therapy. I use an eclectic approach and draw from principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
